Refund Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy

 

All services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a session or package is purchased, it is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be exchanged or reassigned to another person.

 

Session Expiration

All sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will expire and cannot be redeemed or credited.

 

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice.

 

Requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the session, and no credit or reschedule will be provided.
